Macon Electric Cooperative will host a live-line safety demonstration for area first responders at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28.
Supper is at 5:30 p.m. at the cooperative. The demonstration lasts about two hours.
The training covers how to respond to downed power lines, vehicle accidents involving electrical equipment, and other electrical emergencies. It is aimed at firefighters, law enforcement, EMS personnel, and other first responders.
